Is Conveyance deed possible for under construction project?
Our Project is planned for 4 tower (A,B,C & D). 2 towers (C & D) are completed and then with agreement of builder we have registered the Co-operative society. It is now more than 6 years for Society formation. However, due to some land issue builder has not completed this project fully. as per RERA, builder has planned completion of C & D tower by Dec-2022 and for A & B completion is planned on Dec-2025.
My questions are,
Can we get conveyance deed? if yes, it is for only C& D tower or can we get full project A & B?

A.Dear Sir,
It goes with terms and conditions of RERA coupled with your agreement with builder. The conveyance deed may be entered into with more stringent clauses and penalty clauses.

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, only after the building is complete and the property is ready for possession, conveyance deed can be executed. In other words, until a sale deed or conveyance deed is executed in the favour of a buyer, the title to a property that is under construction belongs to the builder or landowner.
