Sir, property was purchased on GPA, then conveyance deed was made and all stamp duty and everything was also paid...now we want to sell the property but they are are saying conveyance deed is not registered and need allottee's sign... allottee's sign is impossible for us, so is there any other way to get the conveyance deed registered in HUDA or Can I get re allotment letter from HUDA without allotee, because we have paid even stamp duty also( it is not just in GPA)?

Get issue a legal notice and seek clarifications otherwise file a suit for declaration or seeking any relevant mandatory relief and thus you will able to get appropriate documents from HUDA.
