I had submitted transfer documents to society 3 years before. Till now my flat is not been transfered, which I received as Gift from my father. Society is asking me to pay Rs. 1 lakh to SRA for transfer of flat in blood relation.

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, subsequent to approaching the appropriate government department, you should approach the High Court in order to resolve this issue.

A.Dear Sir,
It is a burden to you and your father and such rules cannot be approved by any Hon’ble Court. Just approach concerned Government Department then approach High Court.
