Can This letter can be treated as resignation . On 19.12.98 officer was not in service since he was complulsory retirement.

Dear Sir,
In furtherance to my appeal dated 06.12.1998 addressed to the Chairman and Managing Director, I request you to allow me to resign from the services of the Bank in case I am reinstated in the service of the Bank. I am prepared to pay the suspected loss determined by the Disciplinary Authority in is order dated 12.09.1998.
The amount of suspected loss may be adjusted from by terminal benefits payable to me. I am making efforts to recover the referred NPA Accounts having balance of Rs. 40,111.00 (Rupees Forty Thousand One Hundred and Eleven Only), so I request you referred NPA Accounts having balance of Rs. 40,111.00 (Rupees Forty Thousand One Hundred and Eleven Only), so I request you' that in case the said amount is recovered through my efforts then the same may be paid to me.

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, there cannot be a conditional resignation, and if there is, your employer will always treat it as such. You should file a complaint with the Service Tribunal.

A.Dear Sir,
There cannot be conditional resignation and your employer always treat it as out right resignation and if you are aggrieved then go to Service Tribunal or High Court.
