Its a hindu marriage. Wife initiated dv avt/498@ in 2008/09. Takes interim relief, stays in husband's house. Husband and his family is staying elsewhere. No evidences filed. Divorce decreed in favor of husbnd on basis of cruelty by wife. Interim relief delayed due to covid period. Instead of progressing evidences in 14 years old cases wife initiatdd new application under sec 29 of dv act. What law says ? Any judgememnts to help aggrieved husband?

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, you should approach the High Court in order to address this issue.

A.Dear Sir,
The only relief he can get from High Court and you can go to High Court and seek a direction to the lower court to end the long pending case within next 90 days.
