Sir,We are married 8 years before and we have a 7 year old kid.My husband is selfish and he wants to earn crores in a easy way.He involved in illegal business had a loss in business and living apart from 11 months. he is sending 2 to 4000 per month and we cant live with that amount. the persons who gave bank loans and money to him are coming to home and asking me. mlMy husband focing me to tell them that he is not here and once he comes I will tell him to cal back. The same process was continuing from 11 months. He never responded our healrh issues and never gives us money to go to hospital.when i asks him he used to say I vl take you to hoapital when I ger my money.He doesnt care for his kid too. when I asked him even to take of his kid he is saying what i have to do..my postion is bad.From the 2 years he is saying the same thinh.I am vexed with this sitiation and I am scared about my kids future. I want to take divorce and live seperately. please help me

Thank you for your immediate reply sir..but Sir Can I file for divorce..my family members are telling that there should be a reasoned cause to file.Is my problem a crucial one to request divorce? I am pleased to know this. thank you

They are right. Ther must be a solid reason otherwise the case will go on for years and you will end up with frustration.

yes sir..in my case he is staying in other state for business. everytime he is saying the work has to be completed. He doesnt care for me.I am taking medicines for Pcod from the past 2 years. He never gave a penny and wenever i ask him about gping to hospital..he will say that my work has to complete amd then i will take you. I waited patiently for sake of my son. But now he is not sending money even for my kid.I have to call him several times to get money..then he wills end 2000nto 4000. It is not sufficient for us. My brother sees our requirements. But for how many days I have to wait..that too for a irresponsible person..

You can file for divorce on the bases of creulty committed by him and you can also ask for monthly alimony as well as permananent alimony from him.
