A.Dear concerned,
You have a number of remedies available in the circumstances mentioned-above. First of all, you should let them know politely but firmly that your salary exclusively belongs to you and you won't ever hand-over the same to them. If it doesn't fix them, then you should switch to legal remedies. You can file case either under the DV Act, or section 498A of the IPC, or both. In addition to this, you can also file a case u/s 125 of CrPC for maintenance. For more information, you should contact a good legal practitioner from the Vidhikarya platform at the earliest possible.

A.Dear Client,
You may search ways to answer them powerfully. You have every right to counter act to their acts and deeds. You should take things happen to you from them to your elders, parents and well wishers. You can live at your own will. You need not give your hard earned salary to them. You should counter act to their deeds. You should live on your own way. Don`t fear for anybody. You should not tolerate their treating you as slave. Try to come out of the situation. You should make assistance of your parents and well wishers and relatives.
