Cyber Crime - Someone hacked my Instagram id

Someone hacked my Instagram id.. I went to file a police complaint but the policeman did not write my complaint. Or gave me access to cyber cell se... while i didn't know that my instagram id was hacked i came to know only yesterday that my id was hacked i tried online b to file a complaint in cyber cell but didn't know no q error is telling j... i have to complain j.. do not make any kind of compromise..
