A.Dear client! Make your case a little clearer. If the matter has been disposed off, then you have no problem in the job application, but when applying for the job you have to mention the said in the application form.

A.Dear concerned,
There is a contradiction in your query. On one hand, you are saying that your case has been disposed off and on the other hand, you are saying that you have been charged u/ss 185 and 252 of IPC. Perhaps you want to say that you have been convicted under these sections (not charged). If you have been convicted for the same, I would like to let you know that as and when you apply for a job, whether it be government or private, you should mention the same if the same information is sought by the potential employer, because hiding a truth knowingly may amount to the cancellation of candidature, even after the joining of duty. For more information, you should contact a good legal practitioner from the Vidhikarya platform.

Dear concerned,
It depends on the profile of job you are applying for, which varies from case to case. They won't hire you is not an excuse for providing wrong information or concealing right information. You should always provide the correct information while applying for a job because concealing the truths from the government authorities is itself an independent offence for which you can be prosecuted afterwards. For more information, you should carefully read the job notification published in the official Gazette of the concerned government.

A.If you mean Sections of IPC and any form that you filling is asking for any criminal antecedents then you must mention that regardless of it being for government job or anything. Hiding the fact may land you into trouble later on once you would have joined the job.
