MY 16 YRS SON SUPPOSED TO SIT IN BOARD EXAM NO GOING TO SCHOOL FOR A LONG TIME. MOREOVER HE BECAME VERY VIOLENT WITH PARENTS USING SLANGS AND BEATING THEM WITH BAT. HE IS SHOWING DIRE CONSEQUENCES BEING A MINOR TELLENG THAT HE WILL PUT US BEHIND BARS. HE OFTEN RETURN HOME LATE AT NIGHT. HOW TO FORCE HIM TO CONTINUE SCHOOL AND LEGAL STEP TO STOP HIM AND PROTECTION FROM HIM.
A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, the parents are the guardians of a minor. The child is harassing the parents. Thus, a legal action can be taken.
