possession notice not reissued / extented

physical possession of the property taken on 17/07/2016 after issuing 13(2), 13(4) etc, however the possession was restored back by us on 22/11/2019, after that various Writ petition filed in High court, DRT, DRAT etc, and the bank has taken possession on 31/01/2022 without any notice, and returned the possession back on paying 15,00,000 and again has taken possession on 04/06/2022 please help

A.Dear client in my humble suggestion, you need to enquire with he authorities as to what is the issue, then only any action an be taken.
