Need help with bond money

Hi,
I joined Wipro in nov-2017, and later in 4 month I left because I was not comfortable with work given to me, now since at time of joining we all signed a bond that leaving before 15 month we have to give bond money of 75k, now after serving notice period and 2 months from day of exit, I got notice to pay a sum of 47k, though I don't want there releasing and experience letter, is it like I have to pay, or any other option is there, please help
