Me As Community Health Officer Gujarat k ek Village me HWC Me Job karta Hu. muje jab contract diya to usme ek rules tha ki Hame Kabhi Bhi Primary Health center ya fir Koi or jagah Duty pe nahi jana hai. fir bhi Hamare Senior hame Bhej dete hai. Or batate hai ki aek rules or bhi hai jisme likha hai ki aapko senior ke order manane padenge. To fir kya kar sakte hai??
