Sir/ ma'am
I am living separately from my husband from past 5 months... I haven't not yet applied for divorce... but will apply soon... meanwhile.. I want to purchase a property .. flat.. what should I keep my marital status as ? Ans should I add my spouse name ?

A.Dear Madam,
If you purchase some properties in your name your alimony may be reduced so not to purchase any property in your name until divorce case is completed or go for mutual divorce immediately.

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, since you are yet not divorced, so you need to put your actual marital status.
