Hi I have constructed a home in my property beside that there is a storm water drain (raja kaluve) which is 80% encroached by villagers and made a small drain and other side of the drain has pwd road. I want to make a road above the drain my covering slab. But the encroached party/person is not allowing to make a road/or lay slabs. There is no road for my home. What I can do? This is in Bangalore north

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, you cannot make roads and you require permission for the same from the concerned authorities.
