Disclosure of sale deed trough RTI Disclosure of sale deed trough RTI

I have a filed an RTI application in the office of tehsildar (Circle Officer in Bihar and Jharkhand) and in the RTI application I have asked to provide me the copy of a sale deed (the sale deed is owned by a purchaser) from a mutation petition. As the sale deed belongs to a third party do I have any right to obtain it ?
Please Note :- the sale deed property is purchased from my grandfather.

Please provide me some legal advice and if possible with few judgements

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, it is crucial for you to provide them with the sale deed in order to complete the process.
