She left a letter stating that she is not interested in mrg life and ll not come back. Its is non consummated mrg. I don have any contacts with her and her parents are not responding to me. I have filed a women missing complaint and police conforned she has gone abroad.
Now I have to file a divorce case. My address proofs belong to my native place. I have only rental agreement of my thoraipakkam residence.

A.The case won't come before High Court exactly but the Family Court. Where was she residing in India last? If all your documents are perused, we can find a way.
