POA Notorised by Principal in USA for sale of Housing Plot, has been further adjudicated in Chennai ,Tamilnadu .It has got typo errors regarding Document Number and spelling error in name of village where the plot is located . As POA has been certified ,I have become the authorised agent for filing all documents ,appeals etc. Can I approach the su-Registrar and correct the errors by showing evidence /proof , so that a sale of the Plot can be done .
