I worked in PVT hospital for 9 years as physican assistant ( on retainer basis) now after 9 yrs hospital forcing me to resign as they are closing the hospital.what benefit i can ask from my employer.

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, you can approach the labor court and get compensation for the same.

A.Dear Sir,

You can claim huge compensation failing which you may approach labor court and get some compensation.
