Property Tax transfer charges to be paid by seller which he is refusing as its been a year since we have signed the agreement, we have already taken possition but the concerned NMMC Authority has taken a year to calculate the amt. what can we do now if seller is denying inspite of agreed in agreement in principal

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, if something is already entered into by an agreement, there is no scope of denying.
