Can I file a case against a boy and his family who fixed marriage with me, they promised me and my family for marriage, the boy dated with me and now they are denying for marriage without any reason. They have cheated me and my family and also the boy's father abused me.

In the present scenario, you can file a criminal case against the boy or his other family members in the nearest police station or Mahila Thana for cheating. If police is not taking your case, then you can file a complaint case directly in the the respective Court.

If the boy loves u truly then he must come forward and marry u without any consent of his family members. So first contact him and know the truth. If the boy denies from court marriage then it is dead end of your love affair.

As far as law is concerned if u have sufficient proof then lodge a FIR and if no action is taken then file complaint in court.

Just bcoz kundli is not matching they broke marriage. They gave this reason only.

So the boy and his family will go to jail.. If yes then for how long ? Can they get bail after that. Will it hamper to the boy's carrier bcoz now he is working in a multinational company.
