sir, can a private university prevent me from seeing my final exams marks after i have given them for revaluation??

A.You can get the copy of the answer sheet where your marks would be, to get the same you may contact with me.

A.No you can not, You write letter to the Vice Chancellor and the Controller of Examinations thereafter, there will be many legal options available to you.

A.Private Univeresity also covered under the Act,University Grant Commission,A.I.C.T.E,D.E.C.,Regulations, You Have to file Writ Petition in the High Court in your Jurisdiction.

A.Depends on the rules of the University, but ideally they can't prevent you from physically inspecting your answer sheet.
I'll advise you to file a writ of mandamus against this University in the High Court. A writ is maintainble in the case against private University, since it is discharging a public function.

A.Dear Client Tell me What is the Actual Problem. University is bound to tell u how much marks u have obtained after
re evaluation. If the marks r increased they will issue fresh mark sheet otherwise previous result and mark sheet would prevail.

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir no any university or educational institution cannot privent you for seeing your mark . You should approach higher authority of the university first . Otherwise file complaint against them
