inquiry committee procedure

One of my subordinate staff has given complaint against me. After inquiry, ICC committee has given me cleanchit. But our higher office again started inquiry. Can they enquire again in Govt. Organization?
A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, because the ICC committee's decision is final and the Head Office cannot open a fresh investigation, you must provide all relevant information.

You have to share full details because ICC committee finding is final and the Head Office cannot start new enquiry. You may go to State Tribunal or Central Tribunal or High Court, as the case may be.
