I have been beaten very badly by my father we ahave family issues and he was drunk and broke my forehead with the wooden block , i am in hospital right now for treatment .. i went to the police station a constable just told me to give the details in written they didnt file any FIR and said will look into the matter and arrest the culprit now i want to file a case against him ... i want my medical to be done and get the copy of FIR .. please enlighten me how should i approach further .

A.You are dependent on your parents, if yes, you have to think twice, Once you file a case against your parent law will take its own course, there is no reprive, better to consult a Lawyer from the panel to guide,help & protect you quickly on all aspects of the issues quickly.

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir it is your family issues sir .if you want to file case against Ur parents then you can file it . After filling a case don't make any regression. Go to the nearest police station and register your complaint against them.
