Medical lab establishment

Respected sir I am a registered medical lab technician. My partner is not qualified person to run a medical lab. He completed only intermediate vocational and B.A. without clinical training. Lab is registered by me. Daily income he managed as he is local candidate to piduguralla. And he paid all the dues through his a/c. He is my paternal uncle. Now I asked for accounts he is not responding and forcefully send me out. We had a deed. He had not paid single paisa all the investment is mine.

A.Is your firm registered or not? If the firm is registered then you will have equal rights and if it is not registered then you can registering a new firm, it would be better if you contact a legal practitioner of company affairs.

A.Under the Partnership deed you have equal rights & share in the firm, better to contact a Professional Lawyer from the panel for all aspects of the issue.

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir if you made partnership agreement between both parties. If yes then he will not denying. If not made then you don't have any right. If lab register on your name then you should open the new AC on the lab name . You can file complaint against them
