Adultery

I had married last 5years ago from that day to till now I am not happy my husband and his family they always mentally tourchering me when I am single... I am not able to get any of avidence against them becouse they acting like good persons since five years I am dieing here so I ha e started talking with another person he understands me more than me.. He cares for me... I loved him before marriage and till he love me lot how to take divorce from my husband

How can you get success without any evidence of the case? You may talk to your husband that your relationship will get better. Otherwise, you have a divorce route open.

Dear client , there is no certainty in new relationship, you 1st try to resolve issue with ur husband, bcz it will long time to get divorce, unless u and ur husband not move for mutual divorce.
Proving adultery is difficult in absence of good evidence or proof.
However u tortured by him ten file 498 A , Domestic violence case against him. Contact a lawyer for filling

Dear client.. 1)as u said u r in love with Ur ( before marriage BF ) and he loves u lot.. still.. u started talking with him and now u wants to get Divorce from Ur husband...
2) as u said .. Ur husband and in-laws r torturing u like anything.
File DV Act..and Divorce case against Ur husband..on the ground of cruelty/ mental harrassment..and desertion.

Are you and your husband now loving together ? Do you have kids ? if your answers tot eh two are yes, then without your husband consenting it is not easy to get a quick divorce.Also, inform me if you are working woman.
