y uncle(father's brother) is not willing to give my father share in ancestor property. He is not ready for dividing the property by mutual agreement. I would like to know how to get share of such property by court or any other legal way. What would be charge if court is going to divide such property and also let me the process for dividing such property by court. My father is alive but we don't stay in village but my grand father is not alive. I would like to get our father's share from joint property. We had approached local panchayat(village head) but he could not able to divide and suggested to approach court. My uncle would sale some part of land, so i want to know how to send legal notice so that nobody can sale or do farming on land till it get divide. Please let me know the process of sending legal notice so that ancestor property will become dispute and no can sale or do farming. I am talking about village farming land including ancestor residential house. Please describe in detail for sending legal notice to my uncle(father's brother) and also how to approach court for dividing ancestor property. Need your kind advice
