Advice for partnership issue

My wife is equal partner of a medical distribution firm. Partner malpractices funds with the clause any one have the cheque signing right. How can I stop this?

A.Dear Client firsty you should issue a legal notice through lawyer regarding malpractice by partner again issue a letter to stopping such bank dealing.

A.Dear Client , 1ste ly you should issue a notice regarding malpractice by partner, then stopping such in future, if not adhering to then notice for dissolution stating no liability if any adverse transaction in future date . also issue a letter to stopping such bank dealing to Bank concerned .

A.PL. TALK UR PARTNER AND REFER TO THE PARTNERSHIP DEED IF ANY,THEN GIVE A NOTICE TO THE PARTNER AND REQUEST TO THE BANK MAY BE WRITTENFOR STOPPAGE OF THE PAYMET, IF NECESSARY, DISSOLVE THE PARTNERSHIP.

A.as of now your wife will be a party to all that the other partner has done. If the irregularities that the other person is doing are on record not objected , it will be presumed that your wife has accepted all those. Anyway, your wife can seek dissolution of the partnership firm.
