Sexual harassment - false case against me
1 year ago
Hello sir my ex girlfriend has made a false case against me that i had blackmailed her for nude pics. While I did not blackmail. I don't have any evidence to defend myself.. what should I do please tell... the policeman told my family on the contrary that your son has committed a crime, then your father's government job will also go and your house will also be demolished. Will be given.. due to which my family is in a lot of tension or depression.. my father also did suicide attacks.. please help me
A.Dear Client
first of all even if you have done the crime there is no law which says that your father's job will be taken away and the house will be demolished. The policeman was bluntly lying. Secondly remember this thing that when someone lodges a criminal complaint then he/she has to prove the allegation with evidence. And you always can defend yourself by hiring a good criminal lawyer for yourself.

A.Dear client,
If you haven't blackmailed, then you will have some kind of evidence in the form of your chats or calls. The best defense against false accusations is proof that what your ex says isn’t true.
But if you’re facing false allegations at the hands of your ex, the help of someone experienced and knowledgeable will make a lot of difference.
You are not labeled as a criminal just because an FIR is registered against you and an employee against whom FIR has been lodged cannot be directly removed from a government job. If at the end of trial, the court declares you guilty then you can be removed from a government job, that too is not in all cases. But Your father will not be removed from his job and they cannot just demolish your house.
