We have a co operative society having X numbers of Bungalows and 14 shops constructed on a Society land. Society owns the shops and gets rent . We want to divided the society in two parts. Part A comprising of X Bungalows and Part B Comprising the shops . And make them two independent societies. The members will remain same and will get membership certificates for A and B separately. Can this be done ?
