Hi..i need a divorce from my husband after 6 years of marriage. I have a 2 yr child & my husband has no care neither for me nor for the child. Please guide me the way out to get the divorce done easily as I have been staying apart from him since I've given birth to the child.

A.The easiest way would be to talk to him and convince him to file a petition for divorce by Mutual Consent. That takes a little more than 6 months to get order if all is well. If he doesn't agree, you would have to file a divorce petition on grounds of cruelty. That would take a considerable amount of time and work.

A.If your husband is not willing to agree for a divorce on your terms it is not easy to get early divorce. If you are residing at a place where Family Court exists file a case there. If you want any guidance reply to me.

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear mam. If both are ready to take divorce then you should file divorce by mutual consent. Or husband's not ready then . file regular divorce petition

A.Dear client if I both husband and wife r ready for divorce then they can apply for mutual divorce and will get divorce easily. If yr husband is not ready for divorce then u have to file contested divorce on the grounds like cruelty desertion as per yr case. For any legal help call me
