Is this legal or illegal to park a car infront of someone's factory, but its not exactly infront of the gate. And if it is illegal, how can i take action, i havenot place any signboard of no parking yet..

A.Dear client it depends on the consent of property owner for parking. if you want to take action then file complaint of trespassing and private nuicence against car owners.but firstly place a sign board on your property .

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir you cannot park Ur car on private property. Because property own by factory. It private property.right to easement

A.That depends on how the car is parked? Is the land on which the car is parked a private property and belonging to the factory or the factory owner? If yes then the car cannot be parked.
Secondly if the car is parked on the public land ( government) but still blocking your ways to enter (right of easement) the building or factory then again it is illegal.
