College donation matter

Sir I am from maharashtra I pay a donation for medical degree in a college and completed a 1st year
College dean said you are not give any donation
They are not give me in 2nd year admission
I have 2 recipt of paid fees
And 2 recipt college are not give me
But i paid donation fees
Plz Guid me about this my problem

A.Dear client! You send legal notice to the concerned institution through legal practitioner. Also write the letter to the AICTE in this regard and if you do not find the solution, then file a writ petition in the respective High Court.

A.Dear Client, You must have bearing all admission documents, including fees,
you have two remedies;
1stly you will have to go for writ at High Court
2ndly you should go for Consumer Forum for your loss of session and loss of money, through compensation. there are already decided cases.contact for further consult and guide for reference at Maharashtra.

A.How did you pay the donation, cash or cheque or online?
If you have not paid through cash then show them the evidence and confirm but supposed you have paid in cash and not taken any receipt from them then you don't have much remedy.
