Dear sir
Madhya Pradesh k CM ne ek kanun Nikale hai ki Kisi bhi Prakar Ka sexual harrasment / sex crime hota h uska Ghar prashashan dwara toad Diya jayenga... Maan lijiye koi ladki ne mere upar sexual harrasment Ka case krti hai.. aur police mujhe arrest krti hai.. and case abhi court me chal Raha hai.. ladki ye saabit nhi kr paayi h ki Mene sach me sexual harrasment Kiya hai.. kyu ki ladki k pass Kisi type Ka proof nhi hai.. or na hi mere pass Apne bachav me Kisi type Ka proof hai.. tab bhi jila prashashan Mera Ghar toad Sakti h kya..

Such a rule does not exist as of now and it would not be allowed as well as it would infringe the rights of an individual. In regards to your query regarding that is if someone puts a false sexual harassment case on you then the court will decide your case and if there is no proof the case will be determined on the facts and merits of the case and would vary depending on the circumstance, but mostly justice will prevail in the favour of the innocent.

A.Until you are not proved guilty, you are innocent and no one has the right to damage or demolish your house without proper legal order for the same. In your case, until you are proved guilty, no one can take any action against you for punishing you on the basis of the complaint lodged by the lady. If any person or authority damages or demolishes your property and/ or may try to harm you then you immediately file a case before the Hon'ble High Court of your jurisdiction for the appropriate remedy against such illegal wrong doers.

If such incident happen illegally and you get acquittal from the Court then you can file defamation case both civil and criminal against such girl who lodged false complaint without any evidence.

As long as the case is not proved against you and you are convicted for the crime no one can take any penalizing action against you and if they break/demolish your house then you can certainly move the high court against them
