Fake blackmailing case

my friend has been arrested by police in false blackmailing case..my friend has no proof of his innocence..and the victim also filed only written FIR..she also did not give any evidence...friend arrested It has been done..Police has imposed sections of IPC 354A, 354B, 354D on my friend.. Now how can my friend prove himself innocent...

Sec 354 of IPC talks about Assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe. A woman cannot just file a case and get away with it without any evidence. She might have not submitted it while filing FIR, but she has to come up with some evidence as it's a gender oriented offence.
As she has already filed an FIR, So it is better to contact a criminal lawyer and by that time, your friend can arrange for some evidence maybe the opinions of people around him and other things.
