Fake sexual harassment - promise of marriage
1 year ago
Hello sir, a girl gave me the promise of marriage and was in a relationship with me for 2 years..Usai by giving me a nude picture.. I spent a lot of money on that girl's love trap...And when it came to marriage, the girl broke up...Then I told about our relationship to her father, then the girl made a false police complaint against me...After the police complaint, I came to know that the girl has already looted money by cheating many people...The girl traps the boys in the trap of love and robs money.. and when the matter escalates, the complaint is threatened with the police and the police also makes a complaint...No policeman listens to the boys.. and they can't harm the girl..How to teach a lesson to such a girl.. Which law can take action against such a girl..
- Firstly, defend your case by providing witnesses as it can help you prove that you are innocent.
- False evidence is given by the complainant woman– Cross Examination can be an effective method to find out the real facts of the given case.
- History– As you already know that the woman has a history of wrongly accusing or blackmailing innocent men (the same can be proved through the testimony of peers, past relationships and cross-examination), then it would be easier to prove your innocence.
- Extortion– If the she is trying to extort money from men (which can be proved by scanning her social media with the assistance of forensics expert), then also you are likely to get relief from the court. Bank account statements can also be used as evidence for the same.
You can also file a case under section 420 of IPC for cheating by obtaining consent from all such men who she has extorted money from.
