Old age home service denial Old age home service denial

Hi
My father was admitted in a old age home since 15 days. The old age promised some services and did not provide them. When we questioned them about it the manager of old age home started giving complaints about my father and said he will give discharge him from old age home. When we requested Manager not to do this, manager said he will keep my father as PG and will not give monthly payment receipts.
Manager said he has the right to remove the patient anytime from old age. Can you please advice what are the rights we have as a client of the old age home.

A.Dear client,
As you are paying them monthly, it is always better to have the receipts. In many scenarios, removing a patient from a nursing home involves legal terms that may be confusing to your family.
In the event of suspected nursing home abuse or negligence, a loved one may remove the patient from the nursing home and find a better place to make your father also feel comfortable and better.

A.Dear Sir,

Since your father will be under there control it is better either to get him discharged and admit in some other old age home or not to raise any issues with the manager.
