Got Empty box in Amazon delivery

Hi sir I've ordered fire boltt smartwatch from amazon , received empty box in delivery.complained regarding the issue but they are not issuing refund i just want to create a legal notice in this regard please create it for me
A.Dear client,
You have to be able to prove to them that you never got the item ( a video or some kind of proofs). They will say that the item was shipped and delivered. What you can do is call the place it was shipped from and file a complaint and hope they have mercy on your words. The investigation will be long and drawn out.
If you want to send a legal notice, follow the below steps:
1. A legal notice is drafted either by the Lawyer or by the person itself.
2. Mention the name of the person against whom the suit is filed.
3. Also, mention the cause which results in the filing of the notice.
4. Offer the party to negotiate within 30 days or 60 days.
5. Mention the previous Communications that relate to your Case.
Also, give the time limit in which either the person will give a reply or fulfills any Demand.
6. Sent it through Registered AD post.
7. After sending the notice you should keep a copy of the receipt
