Compulsory retirement

I am working in up state government in 28/9 the dm of gzb has issued a compulsory retirement to me on older parameter which are not covered under guidelines prescribed for the screening committee meeting members how can I get relief or Stay in this order plz help me

A.U shall have to approach high court in a writ petition but fairly speaking chances of stay are very less.
