I had taken a trading account with a banker I had taken a trading account with a banker

Sir, I had taken a trading account with a banker cum broker in India 10 months ago. I paid 499 upfront, for free Demat ac as claimed by them. Later on they charged 2.5% brokerage on a trade whereas their site claimed 0.5% brokerage. They also told me to pay 442.50 Rs as the free Demat ac was only for customers who had opened a bank ac also with them. I hadn't opened a bank ac.
I do not have hopes of complaining to the exchange as exchanges normally support the brokers only. I had a complaint with another broker on MCX exchange and they openly supported the broker (he had squared off my positions without my consent).
Should I just pay up and quit or is there any legal option available?

A.Dear Client,

Proceeding legally will take a lot of time and waste your energy and patience, hence just pay the small sum and call it quits. If you wish to proceed then you definitely can consult a lawyer near you and do the needful.

Thank you so much, I hope this answer helped you.

A.Dear Sir,
If you go legally then it will take lot of time and money. Better to pay up and quit. You may go to the Consumer Forum if you have patients and money.
