Less vehicle insurance amount passed

My vehicle damaged three sides due to accident. Only 3000 of one side damage passed. Total damage amount is 21000. I not availed passed insurance claim and repaired in cash. Can I file a case for full damage insurance. Plz advise where and how?

It all depends upon the IDV value and the premium you've been paying to the company. Please write a letter to the branch manager or personally meet and ask him why this has been done. He will definitely have to give you the answer. Furnish the bill that has been provided to you by the garage and ask them to show that you have paid in cash. Until then, you won't be able to ask them as the cash payments are not accounted.
