Sir, my original date of birth is 30/05/1982 unfortunately in the nursing registration certificate my DOB is 3/05/1982. I would like to change the DOB from the nursing certificate. Can you tell me details and requirement for that. thank you.

Support the said application with affidavit attested from a magistrate explaining your reason as to how wrong date of birth was mentioned in education records. Submit your affidavit with attested copy of your birth certificate. If the authorities correct the same , then your work will be done.
