Legal notice for infringement of trademark

We have a registered trademark and recently noticed that a company (pvt ltd) is registered with the same, what should I do? Do I proceed with legal proceedings.

A.You can send a legal notice to the concerned authority as well to the said pvt ltd company for infringement of trademark.

You may immediately file a suit for injunction and get restrain order against it and it stop its business otherwise you will loose good will in the market.
