My sis has two child. first child was handicapped and he is no more. So she has only one child. Now she is planing for her third child. My question is whether she will get maternity leave paid this time as she submitted that her first child is no more in official record.
A.Dear client,
It has been held in many cases that maternity benefits cannot be restricted based on the number of children. If your sister has taken the benefits during first 2 pregnancies, then she is definitely eligible for it this time as well.
