How can i get a relief from a girl harassing me of filing FIR against me???

- If the girl threatens you with committing suicide, rape, sexual harassment, the first and foremost thing you can do is to visit the police station and seek help from the police officer by giving them all the information about the situation.
- If false FIR has been lodged, you can apply to the High Court for quashing the false FIR lodged against you. And the girl who lodged the false FIR can be held guilty under section 182 and 211 of the Indian Penal code.
- You can also approach High Court for quashing the false FIR, if lodged, by filing a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
- The FIR has been lodged maliciously against you for falsely implicating or taking personal vengeance by the girl, then the same be quashed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
- If you anticipate that a false case can be filed by the girl who is threatening to do so then you can apply for anticipatory bail under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the help of a lawyer. Anticipatory bail application has to be applied before the High Court or Court of Session.

A.If you are assuming that a girl can file a false FIR against you then you may seek the help of a lawyer for getting anticipatory bail from the competent court or else you may also lodge a police complaint against such girl for blackmailing and harassing you. You should consult with an advocate with all relevant documents and evidences at earliest for proper judicial relief.
