Harrasement for someone else bill

Some person has put my mobile number as his reference number without my consent and also bank didn't verified it then. Now the person has not paid his bill and maybe his mobile number is also inactive so the credit card people are regularly calling and harrashing me . They talk in very bad manner . I told them several times that I don't know him but they regularly call and continue to talk in that manner. I'm a Railways employee and many a times i sleep at Day and work at Night but they disturb my sleep by calling regularly. I have asked them for bill so that i can complain in consumer forum by that but they don't sent them. What should I do ??

You need to talk to the bank manager or any executive and make them understand this. It is the bank's mistake to not verify the phone numbers. If this won't work, contact a lawyer and they can help you get an injunction on this.
