A.Dear Client,
First Step- File a FIR and see that he is booked under 494 and 495 IPC for bigamy and concealment of former marriage...Also seek maintenance under section 125 CRPC for yourself and the child.
Second Step-Make sure he is arrested and start your case soon.

A.Dear Sir,
You just take shelter under Section 494 IPC.
=====================================================================================
Section 494 in The Indian Penal Code

494. Marrying again during lifetime of husband or wife.—Whoever, having a husband or wife living, marries in any case in which such marriage is void by reason of its taking place during the life of such husband or wife, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

A.Dear Client,
Your husband can not escape of his liability and responsibility, at the same time he has defrauded you, hence file a FIR against him under section 494 and 495 I.P.C for Bigamy and Concealment of former marriage., And also file a petition for your maintenance under section 125 Cr.pc. for yourself and your 4ys child.

However, I would suggest First File for Domestic Violence, stating that he is not giving you any penny and not looking after you and your child, he is torturing you mentally and harassing you , not caring you and your child. then when court fix any amount for your respect. which he can not deny or he can not say you and your children are from second marriage, contact any lawyer for the same.
Then you opt First One where he may go to jail or he does not comply the D.V. order.

A.Dear Client First tell me that what type of case your husband has filed against u ?
It is clear that your Husband was previously married with another lady thus u have been married to previously married person so Under sec 11 of Hindu Marriage Act your marriage will be declared null and void but your children are legitimate child.
Now in these circumstances u most do As my brother Lawyer Hemant kumar has advised u ""Hi, it is advisable to register a FIR against him under section 494 and 495 IPC for biagamy and concealment of former marraige...Also seek maintanance under section 125 crpc for yourself and the child""
