A.Dear Sir,
You have to approach Higher Court to get clubbed or atleast try the said cheque bounce case in a single Court which facilitate you to take appropriate defense and attend the cases on a single day. Apart from criminal cases the opponents may file promissory note based money recovery sources if they lose cheque bounce cases.

A.No, all cases will not be tried in one court as persons (complainant) will be coming from different jurisdictions. It happens when the complainant files 1+ cases in the same court i.e complainant and court should be the same.

A.Dear Client,
I do understand that you had taken money from several persons but not sure of places. The person who had given you money and after refusal of money because of Cheque bounce , the person can initiate legal proceedings for the recovery of the said amount and shall also prosecute you Under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and you shall be liable for the costs of the proceedings also.
The legal proceedings can be started either in one place or several places depending upon the Territorial Jurisdiction of the Court and locations of the persons who had given you loan.

A.U can face cheque bouncing cases.all cheque bouncing cases can be filed and heard together. But court can pass separate sentence in case of conviction. Court can also direct sentences for all cases to run consequently I.e one after the other because cheqy bouncing of each case is a separate offence. However if u make payment of cheque upon receipt of notice, then no case can be filed. U shall have to pay only the exact cheque amount upon receipt of notice but on convicted double the cheque amount can be directed by the court to be paid.

In case of cheque bounce case all the cases will be tried separately by different courts and u will be in much trouble.

A.They will file different cases in different courts and will be prosecuted separately. you must file a petition to conduct joint trial. You may give instructions to your bank to stop payment to those cheques and you may give private complaint to police authorities and you may give paper publication to that effect in advance to forestall your case.
