Cheating - I met a guy in dating app

I met a guy in dating app .we are in love during pandemic he always ask me ask me share so many private photos and we had a sexual intercourse also. Whenever I ask about marriage he always says he wants to be alone has so many health issues and just because we had sex i can't marry you.so many videos photos was taken by him.i don't know what should I do now i can't forge anything i feel like i am misused .shall i talk to his parents about this.i am from a middle class family all these very big thing for us.

Dear Madam,
If you want you make the issue a big one but if he is not ready to marry even if married forcibly then your life may become a hell. Think twice before taking wise decision.

Dear client,
Sorry you are going through all this. Blackmailing with photos can both be a civil offense and a criminal offense in India. A lawyer might help you by filing a civil case asking for an injunction from the court on the guy. Don't talk to anyone if you are not comfortable. If he is forcing you with anything, you must Lodge an FIR under relevant sections of the IPC&IT ACT at your nearest police station. If the police doesn't comply or Register your complaint, you may file an application before the magistrate under Section 156 (3) cr.pc
