Whether Nuisance case 145B will affect my job in verification process or in appliying VISA process as it is been closed i have paid the fine in court will it affect my carrer in future Please suggest
It is a nc case or not

A.Dear Client,
I hope you are talking of 145 of IPC( joining or continuing in unlawful assembly,knowing it has been commanded to disperse)- Punishment-Imprisonment for 2 years, or fine,or both-cognizable-Bailable-Triable by any magistrate-Non Compoundable.
You have already paid fine.( Keep all your documents in safe custody for all future reference.
If you a in Government Job ( either of the State Government or Government of India) they might require for the verification of your antecedents but for Private Companies/MNCs it is not mandatory.
But avoid these in future.
Second Point.
VISA... VISA is required for getting in to a country for a short term visit or long term duration..
If you are a Ph.D scholar going for 4 to 5 years on a Government Fellowship, it will be treated differently. If you are going to Bangkok for shopping where the VISA is available on arrival, you need not bother.
What I intend to tell you it varies from case to case basis.
VISA is granted on the principle of valid Passport,Retun Ticket,Sufficient means of stay for the period Visa is required,health insurance, ( for European Countries),Yellow Fever /Medical Certificate for the African Countries( given by the Government of West Bengal) in case you are coming under eastern and North eastern States.
Any doubt at this stage.
